Yes!
Also yes
Tested a server, managed ~450Mbps throughput pulling data from one of my servers and sending it to another via Cloudflare. It's decent for the price, but the 10Gbps uplink is a little bit of a false advertisement imo. It's an average 1Gbps uplink speed. Note that's 450Mbps in AND out at the same time, so it's not bad.
My other server manages ~950Mbps in and out at the same time on a 1Gbps link (which is near perfect / well above average for a 1Gbps uplink). That server costs a bit more though (EUR29.99/year)
Requested refund as not fit for my purposes (I move data between my servers a lot, routed via Cloudflare), but definitely enough for many other use cases. A solid ~450Mbps is more than enough for most.
Edit: They refunded essentially instantly (under 2 minutes!), so rest assured with that in mind! Awesome to see a provider like that.
