Disappointed in cloudcone
I have been using cloudcone since 2020 and recently found out that I can change my own IP, in fact it is an automatic work order. I thought I could just change it didn't realize it wouldn't be given, I wasted almost three days because of this, during that time I offered to return the funds but didn't get any reply about it, it's been delayed, very disappointing about that, I don't want to abuse the PayPal controversy but it's kind of a final solution. Maybe they don't welcome users like me, I prefer RackNerd, at least the customer service is friendly and the problem is solved quickly.

It's not a big deal,report this to Cloudcone and move on.
I opened the ticket three days ago, I offered to either refund or change my IP, no positive response to the issue, kept changing customer service to answer something irrelevant. If you can't change your IP why do you offer this feature?
Not for a $2 refund, I had $9 in my account that I was going to renew, but I don't need to renew now.
@mrlee2333 Where did you get the option (automatic) to change IP? I have both SC and VPS with cloudcone but I haven't seen it.

I don't have that option as it seems. I have 3 IPv6, 1 Ipv4 and network interface listed there.

I'm using my cell phone to view the page, you'll find a button to the right of IP ADDRESSES on this page.
That's for deletion, not change.
I mean, there's a button next to the text "IP ADDRESSES", not your IP address.
Problem solved, it was my lack of patience, I'll keep using it, many thanks @Cloudcone
I'm glad! IP change requests will be processed in the order in which it was received, and we anticipate your patience. Since IPv4s are limited, these requests will be processed manually, and is not an automated process
Also, any fees involved in this will be billed if the request was successfully processed.
Can we expect storage servers from cloudcone? I bought 4 VPS, 1 SC from you guys and would have loved to buy a storage one if possible.
