Looking for EU Reseller (WP&Woo)

I am looking for a European reseller hosting that meets the following requirements:
Europe location - Germany, France, Netherlands
Directadmin prefer but CPanel is good also
LSWS+LSC, Imunify360, Cloudlinux, good Antyspam system
Mail infrastructure with brilliant reputation
Minimum 500Mbps Network Uplink
Awesome, fast and efficient support
Modern CPU (not old models please)
500GB Space (70% of my space is mail actually)
100 Accounts (thinking ahead)
CL limits per subaccount:
40x relevant to the performance of average dynamic wordpress
20x relevant to the performance of big wordpress (woocommerce)
The higher CL limits the better!
I'm looking for something economical on a budget

@labze can you stack it for 5x? namecrane also have reseller hosting but hostbrr LVE limit is higher.

I'M STILL LOOKING! I got a bit discouraged – one company reached out to me, offering very good performance for WP sites, which was decent, but for WooCommerce it was a disaster. So, I'm still searching. I just wasted time migrating back to the previous reseller.

I think a lot of users have issues installing, configuring and managing requirements when setting up web servers.
AKA: they break it and can't maintain a stable service. Guides make out it's as simple as "Install a LAMP stack".
Licenses add at least $100+ onto any VPS (OP requested Directadmin, LSWS+LSC, Imunify360, CloudLinux and good antispam system) in comparison to any reseller plan (but shared resources). This is probably why reseller plans are attractive as the license fee is split - although isn't registered to the reseller but the provider.
Maybe some providers are willing to assist for a fee? Or a managed services provider may help.
