    Many chinese providers offer vpses for under 1usd/year, and of course you don't expect much from those.

    I have oracle ... if you want the 4c 24GB 4gbit VPS for free you need to set the setting Pay as you Go with a credit cards.... if you do you can choose the arm stuff and get a Quad-Core 24GB RAM VPS lifetime... but it's arm...

    25 months free Ionos VPS or oracle always free. Haven't found a provider yet who gives you money for using their service yet. NordVPN probably doesn't count but actually made money from them by getting a subscription.
