It's weird. Really depends on which database it pops up on. Let me look into it and fix it.
Not weird at all for an IP subnet allocated by ARIN
All that can be done is to send the proper geolocation to those small private geolocation databases like MaxMind, IPinfo, etc.
It will never show the proper geolocation in the public RIPE database.
ARIN allocated IPv4 used in RIPE area will always be hit and miss. Mostly miss.
Your RIPE allocated IPv6, on the other hand, is fixable. What you can do is at least fix the IPv6 that is allocated by RIPE (NL 2a06:5b80::/29) so that 2a06:5b80:1::/48 or whatever shows EE in the RIPE database. It should not be too hard.
IPInfo already fixed it, Maxmind too (altough innacurately since it just says "Estonia" with an approximation of 100km, which means it can change next month)
From there it can take (in my experience) like 3-4 months for other geoip dbs to follow. As long as these 2 big ones are fixed, it's just a matter of waiting since smaller ones don't have any sort of correction form.

All of those databases you mentioned are small private databases in terms of the internet. They are good for quick lookups but nothing more than that. We've gone through this hundreds of times
Don't get me wrong, I will use these servers for proxying stuff, I need Estonia, that's why I rushed on trying to get Maxmind fixed, from there I don't care anymore.
Yeah, like I said, it’s fine unless you need an actual presence (IP) from Estonia for some local service to work.
For content restricted to Estonian citizens, IP addresses allocated by ARIN will always be ARIN (foreign) IPs, no matter what some relatively unimportant service like MaxMind says.

There was a problem with the ip update in databases. Must be solved. If not we will look into it again for your own related issue.

i have just had a massive email exchange with paddel (the payment service provider that hostslim uses for paypal transactions and who simply adds the german vat to the amount already taxed by hostslim). i am curious to see how this will turn out.
For the past 4 days there are large latency spikes during night and early morning in UTC (graph is +5), is someone abusing the network?
Please don't say "open a ticket and we will look into it", I am certain it is not specific to my VPS... I will ticket if this continues for longer and causes significant problems. For now it's just a suggestion to check for possible abuses. Thanks

This seems isolated to one VM node. We are mitigating this issue.
It does not seem like it would be just one node. 2 hosts above on the trace are also affected when this happens, it looks like the entire uplink is overloaded.
I don't see any issue at HostSlim, only at Tier 1 carriers that drop packets
