Has anyone tried this plugin for direct admin: http://danginx.com/

or

This plugin for cpanel: http://nginxcp.com/

both of them look interesting and I'm looking at expandable solutions for hosting... suggestions?

  • I have bought daginx before but never really tried it out in production. Since I'm still paying for it, I might try it out and post some results.

  • @lele0108 - I'd really appreciate that.

  • I'll install it on my Virpus VPS with DirectAdmin and Apache 2.4 and post a loadtest tommorow.

The is no point in paying for nginxcp when cpnginx exists.

I've been using cpnginx on a $59/mo WHM/cPanel VPS from ServInt for a while now with no issues.

NginxCP isn't paid is it? CPNginx is paid I believe.

    Ooops, got mixed up :P

Yeah, use the free one :D

  • Once apache 2.4 is ready for cPanel, what is the point?

Need to see more benchmarks imo, or do some real world testing. Another thing will be memory/cpu usage.

  • What version of apache doesn't eat ram.
