Netcup deactivated my vServer

My vServer has been deactivated by the Netcup team due to an abuse report. Unfortunately, I didn't respond to their email because it ended up in my spam folder, and the server has been deactivated for the past 48 hours. I have raised multiple support request but no response from them till now. Is there any urgent support available, such as a phone number or email, where I can get assistance in English?

Its weekend, Netcup gave you a deadline you missed, probably have to wait until monday.
I am just unable to understand how does creating multiple tickets of same issue help in any resolution? A problem for customers and support alike.
Plus sometimes one forgets not all companies provide weekend support. .

Otherwise, to be fair, my previous ISP's AUP team would send an email Friday at 16:55 that they were suspending service until I called in and spoke with them.. That department closed for the weekend at 17:00. They would be back Monday at 09:00...
I dropped them as soon as my contract was close to being completed, that was one of many reasons..
