Here's my 7950X bench for additional reference which is running memory at 4800 MHz compared to your GB link that has a Windows 11 system with memory at 6000 Mhz :
I also did a test on the dedicated server where I do not find performance that much higher than this,

I am trying to find the possible problem,
I noticed that the cpu under load does not exceed 4.6/4.7GHz.

My 7950X is in a server optimized config (reduce memory and power limits) and I have hit sustained 4.7 GHz all core. In a desktop or performance optimized config, if thermals permit, it should hit 5.0+ GHz all core sustained.
Curious to know what that memory and power limit configuration is for that node. Benches slightly higher than mine.
I need to check with the VPS provider. That GB6 score is for the VPS.
He is a premium provider at LET and has been his customer for many years.
I was able to get down to GB6 single core of 1923 by loading 24 vCores to 100% while running GB6:
@EvosHosting VPS managed to score even lower, thanks to DHL and UPS, otherwise all three employees are technically expert.
We have already found the problem,

Current YABS after your changes:
1) for cpu is not Correct quemu cpu open a ticket for fix
2) we haven't applied the changes yet
Is this a 7950X or 5950X node? Either way, the GB6 scores are horrifically low. Likely missing CPU passthrough
