im searching for a server (kvm) with the following specs as a minimum requirement:
4 cpu cores - dont advertise some very old xeons, ... prefer ryzen, epyc
16gb ram
200gb ssd
shared gbit - minimum 200mbits - some tb traffic are more than enough
1x ipv4
dc located in europe

Currently have two VPS with them in Dallas. Never had any problems. NL and UK are the non US locations.
You can also try the lottery with Contabo, but I would never recommend it.
