We will work until the last day to improve our services :)

who is responsible for creating this performance mess, out of three employees?
    one, two, or all three?

is technical incompetence anything to do with this?

Davide and edoardo manage the servants,
the performance problem is not due to technical incompetence but to delays on new nodes

So that UPS is responsible for performance delays by putting extra VPS on nodes.

Of course, none of three employees are responsible for this reputation loss and performance mess.

    Perfect 👍🏼 👍🏼

Despite these problems we will not stop,
we will continue to improve ;)

It requires a super strong character to accept the mistakes and learn from them.

You are expert in blaming others for everything.

    We do not blame,
    We just tell the truth,
today 3 more ryzen servers were delivered which I am activating :)

    Perfect.
Wishing you better days ahead and hopefully you will work on restoring your reputation.

May I suggest giving 15 days extra to all your customers?
That would be good first step

    I fully agree with you.

Not sure how they managed to email me and presumably all their other customers without being marked as spammers, but I received this from them this morning.

We would like to inform you that we have made some updates to our Terms of Service (ToS) to enhance the experience and transparency in the use of our services. These updates will take effect immediately for new customers and will be valid for existing customers starting 30 days from August 24, 2024.

Here is a summary of the most relevant changes:

    1. Change in Delivery Times (Section 2.1 Delivery)
    - The maximum delivery time for our services has been extended from 7 days to 14 days. For dedicated servers, the delivery time may extend up to 4 weeks due to additional configuration and setup requirements.

    2. Addition of New Payment Methods (Section 6.1 Payment Methods)
    - In addition to the payment methods already accepted (PayPal, Bank Transfer, and Credit Card via Stripe), we now also accept cryptocurrency payments.

    3. Addition of Section 8.3 - Server Performance
    - In the event of server slowdowns, it is possible to request an additional 1-10 days of service. These requests will be evaluated by our staff based on the slowdowns detected on the nodes or servers.

    4. Update to the Refund Policy (Section 11, Point 11.6 - Criteria for Refund Requests)
    - Refunds can only be requested in case of service disruptions resulting in a performance drop of more than 30% from normal levels or issues related to the anti-DDoS service. EvosHosting commits to resolving such issues within 7 business days. However, if the problem is resolved within 24 hours, no refund will be issued.

We invite you to review the updated Terms of Service on our website: https://www.evoshosting.com/about/terms.

If you have any questions or need further clarification, our customer service team is at your complete disposal.

Thank you for your attention and for choosing EvosHosting. We are committed to providing you with the best possible service.

You said the other day you can't email all your customers because Gmail would mark you as a spammer. How have you managed to pull off this amazing accomplishment?

  • @EvosHosting

I still would like to believe that you are working on building a hosting business. In my opinion, along with vps performance, transparency and integrity extremely important as well.

When you are completely out of this performance mess, customers will start appreciating.

It was a good step on your part to suspend new orders until the system is stabilized and performance is at expected level.

    My two cents.

    Best wishes.

I really did try to give benefit of doubt to evo hosting.

But the more I try, they come up with more "lies", excuses which they can't even justify later on.

It's like you are creating a web of lies but as you are weaving more, you are losing track of lies that's been told in the past. With all crashing, all the past lies are coming to the picture. They are trying to double down the issues but it's getting more damage than solving anything.

At this moment, I would have just stopped (if I were evohosting) posting here, resolve the issues, and then return asking the customers to check their vps performance.

Take even a month or two if you must. It's lowendtalk so many will people will simply let it go even if you don't refund. But what these people don't like is..... lying.

Can you please revive it and then I can run tests?

@EvosHosting with an empty customer node is easy, it's not!

I want to see you do this magic on the node that my vps is allocated and you can't even get 75% of what a ryzen 7950x should really deliver!

I have no idea what you mean by that. Anyway...

I've been moved around so much that I got frustrated with the service and canceled (We don't even need to mention the many interruptions and so on already reported here).

Posting a YABS of a new node, with no customers allocated is easy, I want to see you maintain stability above 2000 points on gb6 (at least) for a Ryzen with customers allocated to it.

Are you confident to achieve similar score for a busy host node?

@EvosHosting please be mindful that since you no longer have a provider tag, not to cross the line by suggesting offers in your posts. This is just a friendly reminder.

  • @EvosHosting Do your VPSes no longer come with dedicated RAM?

Prolonged and constant usage of 90-100% of CPU or RAM may trigger a review of the VPS [...]

Who came up with that nonsense? Are you sure you know how a KVM VPS works?

BTW, did you get inspiration from that other Italian provider (who happened to have lost their LET provider tag earlier this year)?
