    then the service is processed and delivered via the billing panel,
    no payment or delivery takes place on discord

    If you don't trust evos hosting why do you want VPS Storage is you don't buy it from other providers? (no insult just a question)

    Not sure how they managed to email me and presumably all their other customers without being marked as spammers, but I received this from them this morning.

    We would like to inform you that we have made some updates to our Terms of Service (ToS) to enhance the experience and transparency in the use of our services. These updates will take effect immediately for new customers and will be valid for existing customers starting 30 days from August 24, 2024.

    Here is a summary of the most relevant changes:

    1. Change in Delivery Times (Section 2.1 Delivery)
    - The maximum delivery time for our services has been extended from 7 days to 14 days. For dedicated servers, the delivery time may extend up to 4 weeks due to additional configuration and setup requirements.

    2. Addition of New Payment Methods (Section 6.1 Payment Methods)
    - In addition to the payment methods already accepted (PayPal, Bank Transfer, and Credit Card via Stripe), we now also accept cryptocurrency payments.

    3. Addition of Section 8.3 - Server Performance
    - In the event of server slowdowns, it is possible to request an additional 1-10 days of service. These requests will be evaluated by our staff based on the slowdowns detected on the nodes or servers.

    4. Update to the Refund Policy (Section 11, Point 11.6 - Criteria for Refund Requests)
    - Refunds can only be requested in case of service disruptions resulting in a performance drop of more than 30% from normal levels or issues related to the anti-DDoS service. EvosHosting commits to resolving such issues within 7 business days. However, if the problem is resolved within 24 hours, no refund will be issued.

    If you are a paying customer, you can disagree with their new TOS and then they have to keep you as a remaining customer with their old TOS, atleast when you are an EU citizien
