Looking for colo Germany/Netherlands

I am looking for a colocation for my homelab (HP Proliant Gen7 2U) in Germany or the Netherlands.
1IP(v4)
2TB Traffic
BGP
$7/year would be great, can be a little bit more 
Don't need any fancy stuff like extra USV or something like that.
Should be cheap af - it's just a homelab.

I would advise you to switch to Gen8 or Gen9, as they don't cost much more and are much more efficient.

Regarding colocation, I would contact tube-hosting or xsserver, both of which offer space in the skylink. But I don't know if any of them also offer colocation in the backup rack where there is no usv and the electricity is therefore somewhat cheaper.
If Frankfurt is more suitable for you, you should look for providers in the interwerk datacenter.
