Looking for ultra Cheap swiss or russian VPS for anonymous VPN setup

who hosts a VPN?
I want an ultra affordable VPS for running wireguard and danted Socks5 proxy.
Lowest price possible with location in Russia, Swiss or offshore locations.
You can easily make the VPN zero log, by configuring Wireguard and Dante this way and use Logrotate with setting: 0.
Pay with crypto and always use VPN during setup and you are anonymous like Snowden Edward.
So any good advices for providers? unmetered bandwith is nice but not mandatory.
Specs can be low due to low requ. of the nature of service.
And oh yes... payment with crypto is important.

I have two small VPSs from different providers and I host VPN on them.
one is in iceland and another in canada.
I use 1984.hosting. They are not cheap but they accept bitcoins. The latency is not that good and I struggle a bit with it. Internet speed fluctuates a lot imho. Still great service the only down side I see with this is that it's 1tb per month but that's more than enough for my needs. I can also use custom iso which is great
I have been using inet.ws for canada and they are cheaper than 1984 and their service has been great so far. No complains at all!
I don't think you will find something for less than $5/month from russia though but if you do, do let me know as well!
