On new node Is over 1800
and a maximum of 1600 with a 7950x3d
What OS?
Let's say these are tower servers, the server still costs well over 1000 EUR, let's say 1250 EUR. If you assume an amortisation of three years (which I hope you don't), that's a rounded-up 35 EUR per month without traffic and electricity. So you would have to rent out at least 7 servers just to amortise the server in three years. If you add electricity (assuming 150 watts at 24 cents per kWh), that's another 26 EUR per month for 12.2 servers. Not (!) included are traffic and your profit.
With 12 servers with 8 cores - although the CPU only has 16 cores - anyone can work out how many cores are rented out, regardless of whether they are ‘dedicated’ or ‘shared’.
I haven't checked whether you really offered this (but I see some benchmarks even with more RAM and our AS is blocked on your website), but such offers are not worthwhile for either the customer or the provider. I don't want to go into the whole thing with DHL and Co and get involved, I can only say from here that we have also had many problems with DHL, a colleague of ours wanted to send a parcel to Asia, the parcel made half a journey to Germany and then had to be picked up at the depot two weeks later. I can't say whether this is also the case here, but I would definitely recommend UPS or FedEx - they work perfectly in 99% of cases.
interesting. thank you.
one question: can you please analyse ht-hostings summer offer (see here: https://small.fileditchstuff.me/s12/gnLjXEUEgeJTdiEwHcYa.jpg) too? how could the people at HT-Hosting offer such vps for 5 euros a month. this needs more serious analysis.
because the whole drama actually started with ht-hosting's summer offer!
i then looked for trustworthy alternatives (see here: https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/196447/can-trustworthy-providers-offer-this-or-something-similar/p1)
and in that thread evos-hosting came on the scene with their “offers” (https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/comment/3992180/#Comment_3992180). which, by the way, were even worse than ht-hosting's. and since then it's been going round and round here!
It can work only if small percentage of customers are paying promo pricing and most others are paying $10-$12 per month
Hi,
It's not comparable, the Epycs have significantly more cores, especially if you use several sockets. At the end of the day, we have extremely good purchasing conditions with suppliers, which means we can also offer good discounts to resellers.
I don't know if that's the case here, because one such VM on a node is enough to ruin your entire calculation.
when eta node5 fix? 2025? 2026? will you even make it that long?
Currently using 12 node and 3-node VPS, it is very stable and has strong performance
I think we should give the provider some time to repair the faulty node.
I’m still waiting for the answer on how node5 has multiple different cpus as he said claimed it’s node5 to different people with different cpus
Ahead of the game by miles evo technology 192gb ram per 64gb tube hosting server
You aren’t fooling anyone on your second account @EvosHosting
i would have liked a detailed analysis. because i can only repeat and underline it, without the lousy ht-hosting performance there would not be this whole drama about evos-hosting.
things are getting worse here too

I think I should not give my opinion or get involved in other people's problems.
The plans offered are not feasible for businesses. If you start a business, you pay employees, office, placement, server purchases, licenses, and countless expenses that could not be covered with sales revenue.
We see many affected people who follow this promotion, which should be reviewed by a moderator.
You may see delays such as external delivery providers such as DHL, UPS.
But you, being in charge of the company, have taken this issue as a game, answering in a bad way, promising countless comments, and some have even been affected.
If you do not have the material, why get sales and not be able to take advantage of the service? Do you sell a service, the company gets the money and the client can use its service in a month or two?
A good piece of advice is to try to solve the problems and not accept sales until you solve everything.
Imagine having a restaurant and having diners come to eat but when they arrive they say we don't have the things to cook??
It's just a suggestion that your image of your business and person is that of a young person who wants to have a big business. Do things right and you will see good results.
in the end there was no nicola, her writing here is just fictional.

apt install stress-ng -ystress-ng --vm 1 --vm-bytes 185G --timeout 3600sI have no problem with EvosHosting, but this is just a promise.
there was time for node5 to do it, but that's the only complaint... it was about this every day.
Node5 is weak.
And the other thing:
Processor names are different. You will receive something different from what is described, so why is it not listed on the page?.
so it really annoys me.
after i read everything but i want to answer this and the first time we make an account on lowendtalk, we discovered this forum through some customers
Staff name is:

Try webhostingtalk / lowendspirit and see if there are any customers coming from there if the system is dead tomorrow due to overload..
I see some providers giving their 2 cents. So here is mine as well. I am pretty sure everyone can figure that the original deal is not sustainable for any business. However, creating a limited deal that sees negative profits is fine to attract some attention to a business. It certainly did that.
Now, every business sees trouble sooner or later and what really sets one apart from another is how issues are handled. Both in tickets, and publicly. I do not know how tickets are handled but I must say that this public showing is a mess. The vast amount of mental gymnastics going on and the refusal to admit any issues on their side is mind numbing.
This thread could have been received so much better if Evos just said, we are facing some issues and we will resort it as soon as possible. But all I see is excuses, blaming the customer and straight up lies. Not really confidence aspiring. It is really hard to rescue yourself when you are digging your own grave.
For better or for worse many people of LowEndTalk is willing to take a lot of shit and issues with their service if they just eventually get what they ordered by a provider they have some faith in. See Calin for example, he has a great following in spite of his tremendous issues caused by one thing or another. However, he is hard working and up front. Great respect for his work. This however, is something else.
the good thing is that maybe the CPU is slow or the ram is less, but the i/o is good and there are no shutdowns.
Another big problem is that what is written on the site differs from what the customer receives, which is misleading.
It would be nice to have node 5 back up by tomorrow at the latest.
you shouldn't lie that it's always the next day.
Another is to correctly indicate on the website what processor is available for the vps.
this is pasta sauce
can you please reverse engineering this (ht-hostings initial offer) see details here: (https://lowendtalk.com/discussion/comment/4006922/#Comment_4006922)
