Almost sure that you can't use shared hosting as email storage.
why not just use MXroute?
We got you covered on Namecrane

We have a big surprise/feature announcement in the next few days that you'll love.

Use shared or dedicated server for your usage with provider mentioning limits as unlimited server resources providers will kick you out for abuse of server resources if you do use 500GB and don’t believe any unlimited fairytales as it’s marketing BS.
Which email relay do you use for shared, reseller and crates, and is the resource limit (CPU and RAM) per sub-account or per reseller account?
We use mailbaby but are slowly warming our own.
The limits are for your whole reseller. You can then adjust how much each of your plans gets, etc. cloudlinux calls this “reseller limits”.

Hi,
Any sneak preview?
I do that as a 2nd backup
Almost all shared hosting providers allow customers to use their shared hosting plan for email as will.
SiteTide has you covered with the cloud-hosting plans. If you are out-growing the plans on the site, then they can "stacked" or just grown by adding individual resources such as disk/mem/cpu....
For maximum separation/isolation, those services are "sharded" into seperate vm's instead of being part of the regular shared-hosting environment (see web-hosting plans).
Can i know this surprise sir 😊
Not yet.
SOON (tm). Actually soon. Probably today or tomorrow we can announce it
