my last ticket is on 2021 ish, was answered within 4 hours and was resolved.
A friend of mine has vServers with them, and is also satisfied with the performance/uptime.
they've been active since 2010.
If you want some quality hosting services and cpanel is not a hard requirement, then look at SiteTide. I'm happy to do a bulk-discount if you grow to multiple accounts in the future.
