Funds Vanished During Conversion - Cryptomus Suppot Incompetence Leaves Me 326 USDT Short
On August 15th, at 15:14, I received 1553.3 USDT (approximately 1406.85 EUR at the time) into my business wallet. Shortly after, I decided to withdraw the funds to my personal wallet and convert the USDT to TRX for convenience. At 15:16 the same day, I proceeded with the conversion of the entire 1553.3 USDT. According to the transaction history, everything appeared successful, but instead of receiving 11770 TRX, I only got 375 TRX. I checked the transaction details and saw some strange figures, where 11770 TRX was equated to 46.52 EUR at the time of conversion.
Following this, I noticed that 1176.69 USDT was returned to my account, but the 375 TRX remained. In total, this amounts to approximately 1227.69 USDT. This leaves a discrepancy of about 326 USDT.
I reached out to support (both via chat and Telegram), but the issue remains unresolved even after four days. Initially, they responded quickly, claiming that the funds were returned, but that is not the case—I still haven't received the missing amount. We're not talking about a minor sum; it's a significant amount of money.
After my first inquiry, I received a quick response, but since then, replies have come once a day, if at all, with no resolution or meaningful answers. I understand that there might be a high workload, but that's not my responsibility. This issue could have been resolved quickly since it's all within your system. I'm appalled by this level of customer service—it's sheer negligence.
I don't think this is acceptable, and it's not fair to constantly excuse delays by claiming support is overwhelmed. Some matters require immediate attention—if money went missing from your bank account, it would take at most 2-3 days to resolve. During that time, you'd receive explanations and updates. Here, you're left in the dark, with the support team essentially non-existent. I would suggest conducting an internal review and evaluating the competency of your staff.
My situation is still unresolved, the funds are missing, and I have no response, forcing me to make this issue public.
Yes, I may have been a bit harsh, but I believe anyone would be upset if they lost 326 USDT through no fault of their own, especially when the support team is incompetent and can't even review the screenshots provided as evidence that the funds are indeed missing.
