The network was a bit slow initially, but it eventually reached peak speed. Overall, the experience was good. Having IPv6 would be ideal.

Avoid at All Costs – Terrible Network and Unresponsive Support!
I have had the worst experience with this VPS provider. The network in the US region is absolutely horrible. My VPS has been suffering from constant disconnects, extremely high latency, and unstable performance for weeks. It's clear that they don't care about maintaining a reliable service.
What’s worse is the lack of support. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times, but no one responds. It's as if they don't care about customer issues or providing any form of assistance.
I chose them because of their pricing, but now I regret it completely. If you're looking for a stable and responsive provider, DO NOT use this one. Save yourself the frustration and find someone who actually cares about their customers and provides reliable service.

My experience is stark opposite - but for the HK location - it is the best VPS provider (for HK) on LET. I have nearly tried them all.
They have had great support, even helped me try some other config for 24 hours FOC.

Performance wise, low latency + fantastic uptime.
I use it as a desktop replacement and day trade, so performance is very important for me, albeit not the same as that of an application / database server.
Their panel is also the best + native win2025 support, I haven't seen that anywhere else. Try reaching out to them with specifics and they should help.
