Storage VPS - Preferably close to APAC
I need the following:
2vcores
at least 2GB of RAM (4 is preferrable)
20GB Boot SSD and at least 1TB HDD
Bandwidth should be at least 1.5TB at the very least
1gbps port speed with ipv4 and ipv6 (must not anger the ipv6 gods)
Locations should be around APAC/SEA, closer to New Zealand the better, prefer GSL peering but will settle for anything else (I will mostly be doing SFTP uploads so lower latency is preferred and GSL is my ISP's preferred peer around APAC and SEA). I can settle for US West but must be able to test SFTP uploads.
I've got around $15 USD a month to play with.
I know Hosthatch has options in Singapore but would like to see who else can offer

No boot SSD/NVMe, but they have some kind of caching if I remember rightly.

your best bet is binarylane.com.au storage vps in Australia, good performance but uses Superloop but should not matter with NZ
Their EU Storage-3 is really expensive. 30$ for 1 TB is not great. @Calin has some better dealz (yes with a Z), he's EU with great connection the the exchange.

Hosthatch has storage in SYD, with GSL peering.
It's not on sale. If it was then I wouldn't be making this thread to be honest!
Contact them. They are a but slow updating their site. I have the Sydney storage box for couple months. They may be able to offer you something

The reply I got was basically as if it wasn't a full product launch.

FWIW, I've got both Hosthatch and Greencloud storage VPSes in Singapore and the HH ones are definitely more network performant to Sydney.
My desire and my dream is to have a HH storage VPS in Sydney.
As I said earlier. If they were on sale. I wouldn't have made this thread. As they are not. I've only had 1 person meet the requirements.

A bit out of the price range you specified, but you can pick up some good deals from Intergrid. The pricing seems to be all over the place, but there is some fairly good deals in there - sometimes even good Auckland deals.
Network is AS133480 - 5G Networks. I get good speeds to and from my server in Sydney to here in Auckland.

I had a look and honestly it would be a good consolidation(not just my virtono VPS but my host hatch $22 monster in Tokyo) if I had a tiny bit more budget.
But also at the same time... I could just build the box myself from parts from trademe and just run it from home...
Very close... But I may just wait for host hatch unless a provider can offer me something I couldn't refuse...
