We would like to inform you that Cloudpacket Solutions will be transitioning to Shift Hosting LLC, effective August 18, 2024. Services WILL be shut off on August 31st, 2024. In order to ensure a smooth transition of your services and data, we kindly ask you to follow these steps:
- Create a New Account: Please visit Shift Hosting LLC's website and create a new account.
- Submit a Transfer Request: After creating your account, open a support ticket requesting the transfer of your data. In your ticket, please specify that you would like your data migrated from Cloudpacket Solutions to Shift Hosting LLC.
- New IP Assignments: Please note that new IP addresses will be assigned as part of this transition. Ensure that you update any necessary configurations or settings on your end.
