Your "Montreal" test IP is actually New York?
Ping from NYC is 1ms wherein ping from OVH BHS is 18ms...
ICMP caching is done when going over DataPacket. The data center is in Montreal.
So how exactly do you expect people to test your network ...?
We utilize ICMP caching as part of our in-house mitigation suite in order to provide the lowest latency for a lot of our game server clients who need the appearance of low global latency for games which use ICMP versus A2S caching. If you have any specific IPs you'd like us to test against I'd be happy to provide, otherwise, if you open a ticket we could provide a temporary (24 hour) VM or similar for you to run any sufficient network tests you may have.
