Yes inbound+outbound, additional traffic depends on the location. North America and Europe locations are usually $0.75/TB-$1/TB but we can have some leniency depending on the situation and the plan. The plans come with pretty high bandwidth already
End of September, we will likely be switching to GSL / CDN77 in Los Angeles. Currently looking into transit options and facilities in that area as our contract is coming up for renewal.
