Is that some of The "Backups Racks" from skylink you got via tube?
Just asking because i never Seen The Backup racks or the rooms they are Located in and it doesnt look Like a normal "Premium" one from there, neither does the Environment.
I only know The normal "Premium Racks"
Wow this escalated quickly Xd, took me forever to read through all new comments haha. Also @EvosHosting seems to be the CEO himself: You always write “I”, not “we”. If you are an employee/a staff member, you would obviously write “we have…”, “dado has…” or “my boss has…”. As he told us before, only the CEO has the right to issue refunds. But maybe it’s all just a translation bug or in Italian, “I” and “we” are the same word, I am from another country so I don’t know very well x).
No offense, please do not take it badly, but I do believe you should be more transparent to your customers, who are giving you their money. People will have trust issues, even if everything gets back to normal, it will be a stain in your reputation. Just a recommendation from my side.

we have also sent UPS and DHL tracking codes to some customers but we cannot do this for security reasons if we provide the codes they could call support and change the shipping address or cancel them it happened 1 month ago with a customer with 8x r5 5600x for a 24 hour delay after providing the code and then saw that the courier was late but called UPS assistance and had the shipment canceled
It happens very often that you have to write quickly and here you get some verbs wrong in English. I'm not English but Italian and in Italian schools they teach you to speak in a basic way.
Instead of enjoying Italian holidays, you have to work overtime.

there was mid-August which would be the holiday that takes place from Thursday/Wednesday until the 26th obviously evos is not there and we will normally reply on Monday
