Over a week ago you told me that it should be fixed within a half day, after that you told me/us here that it will be fixed within 4 days (or less), now even more excuses and you add more days but wont issue refunds. You/edoardo replies to the tickets pretty fast but when you ask for a refund he/you is ghosting you. Very professional and imo shady

I don't understand that... You don't have to prove at what price or from whom you bought the hard disks, and if you weren't lying, you would have published this as proof long ago.
