I think they are trying to adapt to the surge in VPS/VDS subscriptions but without sorting VDS/ VPS customers and allocating limited server resources due to delays in delivering server availability to data centers. So VPS/VDS = VPS (no D=Dedicated)

    VDS have dedicated nodes,
at the moment the ryzen vds run without problems only the xeon vds have problems due to delays

That is, no matter whether the processor is AMD/INTEL, Ryzen or Xeon, the main problem is that high CPU theft/CPU Steal (ST) is an "unnatural category" that occurs in the VDS environment. It's natural to use oversell it in a VPS environment if you want.

If we have no nodes and the servers are full, it is normal that performance is slowed down

    Bullshit!
I don't think I've ever seen such an arrogant and ignorant provider.

If you offer VDS, then you have to make sure that the resources are ALWAYS available. Regardless of whether all nodes are full or not.

What is the status of my refund request ticket?

You need wait Davide or Edoardo Replay for refund

Edoardo was 5 minutes ago online cause i was writing with him some messages back and forth and im waiting for a reply for my refund ticket but i guess when it comes to a refund, they wont reply

    Refunds are processed from 10:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m,
    only technical support is 24/7
we don't just have your ticket.
current edoardo and davide are configuring nodes

Why is my refund ticket not resolved?

why they are actively launching promo offers and new service categories while orders >2 week old are fucked beyond belief i have no idea

and now they launched EvosGames at 2am last night? fucking hell can they just stop onboarding new customers

we never started evosgames, our team started to make the new site, the delay on the motherboards is not caused by us but by DHL as they have been traveling for several days right now in Germany in transit in the delivery line

It's natural to use oversell it in a VPS environment if you want.

cpu theft will be resolved as soon as the nodes are active this evening performance will be improved

You oversell your services, and then say performance problem due to delays. Can you see the irony here?

If we have no nodes and the servers are full, it is normal that performance is slowed down

    Bullshit!
I don't think I've ever seen such an arrogant and ignorant provider.

If you offer VDS, then you have to make sure that the resources are ALWAYS available. Regardless of whether all nodes are full or not.

if the nurseries are full and there are delays from DHL we cannot do anything
