9929,4809,58807 are probably your best bet - available in Equinox and Coresite LA. High price but best quality.
There are a few resellers like 40065, but good luck getting a response from them
9929,4809,58807 are the direct carriers, looking for someone that has those or CN2 in their mix.
There's a lot of chatter about CN* getting cut out of the US due to sanctions and otherwise.
I'd be VERY careful of resellers, most of them will start 'optimizing' your routes with HE/etc and then require a lot of bitching to get things restored.

"Optimised connectivity to mainland China with ChinaNet and China Unicom available through multiple Tier 1 carriers."
I've recently done a lot of research on this matter, but as someone that doesn't sell hosting, I don't make enough money to buy pure transit (we do like 2 gigabytes per day to china), so I cannot vouch for any of these as I have never been their customer.
These are just the english speaking providers. I believe you might be able to get better rates with the chinese speaking ones though. It also might be more affordable if you backhaul from Japan or Korea. However I do not recommend using softbank or bbtower in Japan as they seem to suffer high packet loss during peak hours like this, or it could have just been the particular provider I used.
I'll be interested to see if you manage to add china optimized routing to reliablesite because it seems like even premium providers like datapacket give up on it.
As someone who has a datapacket server in LA, it is not really optimized.
20% packet loss to China Mobile right now and its 5am in China right now.
