    As mentioned above you should be able to acquire VPS or Dedicated servers at Hetzner through Andy10gbit here https://andy10gbit.xyz

    Prices are fair and you can get admin panel access too if you request it, so get full access to reboot/rescue/reinstall etc. through hetzner. I've been renting through Andy10gbit for close to 4 years, and he's had an online presence for 7-8 years.

    I understand but if he got banned for abuse the same is gonna happen trough a reseller and it will cost you more money so pretty dumb discission, you can better use a VPN on your server and then do torrents because providers can monitor certain network activity and they don't like what you do.

    If you need what they offer then buying directly from Hetzner is a great choice. But as you might know, many people get blocked from Hetzner during sign-up for various reasons. Also, some people need other resources than what Hetzner offers, for example 5950X/7950XD gives a lot more raw CPU performance than their cloud servers. They also do not offer storage VPS.

    There is also the pricing element in underbidding Hetzners services.

    You forget to mention the incredible support from some resellers like @labze ;)
