Need Cheap VPS to run nginx reverse proxy

Looking for a cheap VPS based in the US or Canada. Just needs enough specs to run a simple nginx reverse proxy and/or host a couple of basic websites. Prefer "unlimited bandwidth" although a 30TB+ cap limit should be enough.

More bandwidth is preferred cause I plan on hosting more data heavy content in the future that uses rclone

    30TB can't be cheap.

You can build a custom VPS at Crunchbits
    https://crunchbits.com/vps

    CPU Optimized
    1 Core
    1GB RAM
    10GB NVMe
    2.5 Gbps Port
    40TB Bandwidth
    Spokane, WA or Allentown, PA
    $5.15/mo

Use code: "VQTR" (quarterly) or "VYEAR" (yearly) for discount

  • BuyVM - although they may cap your port speed to 25 megabits on the $3.50 plan if you abuse it really bad but I've put 30tb a month through it before no issue.

    Netcup might be worth considering.
If the average network traffic of the last 24 hours exceeds 2 TB, a temporary throttling to 200 Mbit/s is applied. The throttling is lifted as soon as the condition no longer applies.

  • 30TB/month is overkill.

  • Crazy that people are losing it over the "cheap 30tb" requirement when there have been 30+tb bandwidth deals for under $5 for years.
