I need an Asia-based VPS with optimized routes for Mainland China.

Memory starting at 500MB, disk space starting at 10GB, bandwidth starting at 600GB (both ways) or 300GB (one way), 100Mbps speed, and an annual payment around $40.
I'm not familiar with the market prices because I'm currently using a US server with Disk Space: 15 GB, Memory: 1 GB, Bandwidth: 600 GB (both ways), and an annual payment of 20 Euros.
I can only use the VPS I'm currently using as a reference. Of course, the VPS I'm using now has optimized routes for Mainland China. This is the most important requirement.

Thank you for your response. Currently, I'm using v.ps's SJC, which is located in the US, but due to the 150ms+ latency, I'm looking to purchase an Asia-based VPS.
given your requirement i don't see much chance unless you up your budget at least 3 folds.. that is if you can catch a sale. especially if you are looking for a quality host.
After increasing the budget, do you have any recommended providers?

In Hongkong, anything that is connected to China Mobile
In south-east Asia, anything that is connected to China Mobile
Expensive:
In Japan, SoftBank
Anything that is connected to AS9929, CN2 GT or CN2 GIA

Of course, this is the first testing method I use before purchasing a VPS. It helps me quickly determine whether a VPS is suitable for me.
I don't have any special requirements for the IP, as long as it provides stable and high-quality routes.

no. i need ips from mainland. wanted to check latency from singapore.
The website "itdog.cn" can meet your needs. It offers IPs that cover almost all regions of Mainland China.
If you can accept a NAT VM, we have these in Hong Kong using HKT which many of our clients like using for/from China. The underlying IP is dynamic as well.

It doesn't seem to suit my network environment. When I tested a 500MB download file on the site you provided, the speed was only around 2MB/s with fluctuations.
