Looking for Storage Server for Nextcloud

Hello, I am looking for a VPS on which I can host my Nextcloud. Data that the system should have:
4vCore
8GB Ram
25GB Bootdisk SSD/NVME
2TB storage space
1Gigabit/s port
Location: Germany Finland mainly EU
My price I would like to pay is max. 12€ per month

Hetzner's nextcloud is snappy but I do not like them as a company. Tried various VPS and even a dedi for hosting nextcloud but ended up with Oracle. Depending on your need, Oracle may be cheaper because you can get a VPS pretty much for free + attach a network disk (pay-as-you-go, you will need to use Oracle costs calculator to estimate your expenses).
Otherwise, you can try @layer7 they have got competitive prices, especially for extra storage.
I can't find a service on Hetzner that matches my specifications.
+1 for @layer7, check out https://layer7.net/cloud-server, even a Ryzen VPS with 2 cores (which would be way faster than for example 4 Xeon cores), 8 GB RAM, 240 GB NVMe SSD and 2TB HDD would be in your budget.
Layer7 I alredy use for a nother Project, but now I want to test some other Providers.
have a TB vps from Server Factory @mxmla - works fine, maybe he can do your spec.
Looks like @host_c can do this for around $10, but RAM will be limited to 5GB

Can also vouch for server-factory (Sweden), running a server with them and happy. Otherwise, @hosthatch is another suggestion (Netherlands).
