To "Own" IP space (ipv4/ipv6/asn) You need to have your own LIR account directly with an RIR. (RIPE/ARIN/APNIC etc)
If you already have an LIR membership with an RIR there is a high chance you already have directly allocated IPv6 space through them. I assume since you are looking for a /48 (considered very small) you dont yet have an LIR membership, which means you arent able to "own" any IP address space.
The next closest thing you might be looking at is "sponsorship" which is where the IP space is allocated from the RIR directly to but is listed and billed under an existing (not you) LIR member. In RIPE land, a sponsored /48 IPv6 PI allocation is 75/EUR a year (RIPE fees) plus what ever the sponsoring LIR member wants to charge.
tldr: I dont think you want to 'purchase' or 'own' a /48 IPv6 but rather lease one.
In the process of getting my ASN ready since today I got my corporate allocation for my business but I'm not an LIR.
Your ASN is going to be "sponsored" this means it needs to live somewhere on some other LIR's account, yes its under your company name and you can even move your ASN from one sponsoring LIR account to another, but without having an LIR account yourself your only option of ipv6 space "ownership" is getting a /48 PI sponsored space (see priced I mentioned above)
I highly recommend to simplify the process and just renting IP space from a reputable and stable provider

Also via an ASN that is attached to a company I suspect isn't his because the real owner of that company already has a discord account in that discord server. Super sketchy.
