  You can top-up unverified YooMoney in their app (free) or website(% fee) via entering other Russian card details (C2C pull). As you correctly noticed, cannot SBP and cannot C2C push (from other bank app via YM card number).

  But in most cases if you have another card to pull from, then why would you bother with YooMoney to begin with.
