Reason is HA load balancers require unique IP each, 1 for the host itself and 1 for my remote desktop

Budget: $40+~
Billing period: Monthly
Understand its a tough budget, currently on a $40 plan which matches but would like more IP's (Current provider is not offering additional IPs at the moment).
I'm easy like a sunday morning, any questions feel free to PM me, looking for instant/rapid deployment if possible today but again, im easy for the right provider and price.

I don't understand, what's the point of doing HA load balance on a single server. One IP goes down while the others are still online?
