adding vat twice existing even from last BF so .. its not fixed and won't be fixed until you open ticket.

how is their support now? i recall it takes days to answer and once it was closed without any reply.

oh. has it ever been the case that the tax was calculated twice?

i created a ticket and received a reply very quickly that they would take care of it. i don't know what the final outcome will be. they didn't give any details. i would like @VPSSLIM to either refund the overpayment or credit it.

if you didn't pay yet they will issue another invoice with correct amount.

How often do you process work orders? The after-sales service is very poor and basically no one replies,

Estonia's ipv6 has been unable to be used, and the work order has not been answered. It seems that their technology is not good.

In propaganda Estonia provides vps with /64 ipv6. was only given to /128, Even/128 cannot be used could not be used. The work order has never been answered.

You opened several tickets. It does not make you get support faster. In the contrary. You paid a very low amount so some patience is appreciated. If not, feel free to cancel. We make no money on these offers but you demand instant replies from our support in your tickets.

In fact, in a 12 hour period you made 15 ticket replies with question marks and pings.

  • Got one for no reason! Awesome deal.

It's a simple question. If you don't have IPv6, don't randomly assign one that can't be used, mislead customers, and waste time,If possible, please assign a correct IPv6 instead of having time to advertise on the let forum and not processing work orders

If you feel mislead, please cancel. We have no problem with that. Your ticket will be handled ASAP. It's not the only ticket we have to handle today :-) Also. You're replying on a webhosting offer topic. You have a VPS. Just to add to the confusion ;)

Is it okay for a "1€/yr deal" to not work as advertised then? (of course, some people might consider certain features as optional that others see as critical) What's the value of a "1€/yr deal" that doesn't work for you?

for 1€/yr deal you put cloudflare/reverse proxy in front and don't open 1000 tickets.
for that price I would feel extremely bad to even open a single ticket.

I mean he is right though. You should of course be patient with your ticket and politely ask if IPv6 doesn't work right at the moment, but even at 1€ or less you can expect it to work as advertised, right?

They recently released this new location, it's very clear not everything will work as intended since mistakes happen.
Even though, in this case, even if I had some features advertised to me that are not available (such in this case IPv6 which I don't see as a big deal either way), I would probably not complain about it or just open a low priority ticket politely asking for it to be fixed.

But considering these days you can get a tunnel from IPv4 to IPv6 quite easily, I wouldn't even bother to open a ticket.

It's not a 1 euro transaction, it's 25 euros. This merchant is too arrogant and ignores customers for 25 euros. I have already submitted a refund, but the website informed me that it has been returned but I haven't received the refund. A dispute has been initiated

May fate save us from customers like you. Reimbursement can usually take up to 7 days for most providers. Already a matter of the payment processor.

PayPal refunds are usually automatically returned, and the invoice shows a refund.I haven't received it yet, I suspect he did it intentionally

He uses a middle man company for payments through PayPal, it's out of HostSlim's hands.

You opened 15 tickets in 12 hours, after all it was solved with IPv6, then you said "REFUND". We processed it but it can take a few days to finalise via the merchant processor. I am sorry you feel so wronged.
