Synthohosting recently had some good deals, although I am not sure if it was here or on another forum. They are not the most stable host, but most of the time it works.
Avoid c1v no matter what he says or offers you. He hosts servers in his garage. Your home internet is more stable than their heavily oversold servers.

Some people complain that they are shit, but I have never had a problem with them.
Aruba Cloud.
I am Italian,
and I do not know of any reliable low-priced hosting.
I advise you to get them nearby.
I honestly couldn't tell you anything.
i have always used servers in germany
This guy remember me Luca and c1vhosting
Define reliable and define low priced.
If reliable means many years of uptime and low priced Contabo style pricing without the steal and overselling, then you might want to check Prometeus by Cdlan.
This is a Xen server about to be decommissioned.
Load on a full KVM node with 24 cores, 48 threads:
Example of pricing for the KVM ones (Xen is no longer available):
6 Eur a month
What about kernel updates?
As I said, it is about to be decommissioned, there are no more updates upstream (CentOS) and the service is offered as-is for customers who do not wish to migrate in spite of us offering 4-5 times better resources at lower prices and repeated "threats" it will go soon.

We can't simply shut it down to their face, some of them are with us for decades.
We patched it on the go, though.
6 Eur a month
Is this ever in stock? I've been watching this for time to time for a couple of months, but have never seen it in stock. Maybe I'm just unlucky?
The stock is low and some reserved for old customers in case they would like some. If you are already a customer, I can arrange it for you, just open a ticket.
Hello, I suggest you https://vhosting.com their have own server in Palermo. I know the owner since 2008!
Alternative it s Aruba.
A friend of mine uses https://www.serverplan.com/vps-hosting and it's kinda decent apparently.
So sometimes he speaks the truth!
