That would not be fair, would it? He kept the offer alive for way more time than initially announced. There is a price for anything in life as time passes by and seals each moment in the history of the universe. Think of it in a positive way: you did not spend €1, therefore that €1 should be in your pocket now.
I don't wish to be mean, but when you see an offer grab it. This is a low-end community, therefore offers around here don't stay for a very long time, or have a very limited stock which tends to deplete really fast. When you see something you like, grab it because it is cheap and low-end anyway; then you can decide how to idle it while waiting for some idea to use it for.
Sometimes when there are quite some money involved in an offer and you don't know the provider, take some minutes to research the provider online. Even though you might lose an extremely limited offer, at least next time when they make a crazy deal you would be there with your "homework" done.
In this case though the offer was cheap and active for many days, as such there was enough time for doing research as a small detective, and also order. If you did not order in time, don't worry, you have an extra budget of €1 to spend for the next great deal which might come from a different provider.
Stay around. Stay proactive. You never know when the next (bunny) offer appears.

When I ordered NL web hosting earlier this year, IPv6 was completely non-functional (even though it was clearly advertised in the offer). They were not able to get it to work within a few days, so requested a refund and got refunded a few days later. They might have been able to get IPv6 working after maybe a month or so...
