looking for a european VPS to run some privacy front-ends

hello everyone! I currently rent a VPS from Hetzner (a CAX21)... but since I am looking to host privacy frontends (Redlib, Invidious, etc), I need to switch my provider. From what I gathered... I may need to pick a provider that is DMCA free, which Hetzner is not. I am not going to use my VPS for piracy.
I'll need at least 4-6 GB of ram, 60+ GB of disk space, 2-4 vCPU and 20TB of traffic, per the requirements listed on Invidious' website. I'll also need a provider that'll allow me to open up my email ports, as I host an email service between me and my friends.
My budget is around 10 euros, but I don't mind going a bit higher if I have to.
