Best Budget VDS Provider - Compute Oriented (High CPU/Memory Performance)
Hey,
I am looking for good providers that provide VDS or High Performance VPS on Budget. Looking for provider around 10 USD/Euro. I have tried multiple VPS, but usually the performance is lacking, I mainly want to use VPS/VDS to host Hobby projects (using docker/kubernetes). I am looking into Netcup, but their VDS goes over 10 euro (including VAT) and I am not from Europe.

Both have shared cores; CPU performance is known to be good but fair usage policy applies, so you would use the CPUs in bursts, but not continuously. There are also small VDSs within your budget in my aff pony link. If paid monthly, both are ~20% more expensive. Also, you aren't subject to VAT if you don't reside in the EU.

Netcup is highly regarded around here. Their root servers are very resonably priced.
I don’t think you’re getting the same specs and quality that Netcup offers at a significantly lower price.
You’ll have to find something that you can compromise on.
