Noticed that on your Shared Plans, you offer 2 (“dedicated”) nameservers, both in USA datacenters. Is great to see a shared hosting plan with good external nameservers.
Can you please consider, to add a 3rd one in your LU, Europe datacenter? And if you can setup then using Anycast it would be perfect!

Putting it on anycast is the plan
we want to allocate it from namecrane IP space though since we would want to anycast from a future SG location too.

What happend in the night, UK webserver was down many times?
We announced a maintenance window to do kernel updates to address a crash/lockup issue we were having. All but 1 node, a UK DirectAdamin node, took the update fine. The DA node crashed multiple times though so we rolled back a few versions (still fixes the issue we had, but wasn't the latest/greatest).
As of now all seems well.
On to some changes this morning. I've fixed some bugs in the Migration Center's DA->DA tool. This helped at least 1 user that had migrations failing due to the remote server being slow.

AU is better than Japan.
Users in Asia mostly prefer SG (it has good connectivity to South Asia, India) or MY or some central Europe location like LU, FR, DE.
idk how many will be interested in AU apart from those living in that region and NZ. but if many users are there willing to purchase, then AU can be a hit.
