SG/ JP budget vps + high bandwidth needed!

I am looking for a budget vps in SG or JP location. Not much storage need. I am just simply try to run Outline VPN/ Shadowsock VPN.
I just need 2TB or higher bandwidth.
My budget is around 5$ monthly, no annual plan.
I am trying to share my VPN services for free to those who are hard to access internet as in my country, most of ISP are banning 90% VPN App, Myanmar.
If not possible, pardon me.

    15 GB NVMe
    2048 GB/month bandwidth
    10.0 Gbps port speed
    IPv4 + IPv6
    Singapore

    Without IPv4 there is SpikeTel at $3 for 1 month in HK. The aff pony has got them all.

    They don't give me coupons! Some providers do but for SpeedyPage I don't have any agreement.

    Yeap, his rate conversion was wrong.
    Yeap, SG 4TB is default, but can choose up to 10TB, no additional charges, I wonder.
