Looking for a VPS in Poland

Hi,

I want a relatively cheap (around 5 usd) VPS in Poland, Warsaw that can meet the following:

at least 2 cores
at least 2 GB ram
100mbs bandwidth
ping below 100ms to DataPacket (NY) 185.59.223.8

I can pay more if you have less than 95ms ping. EVERY offer is appreciated
