Lmao
@Arkas @angstrom
Why did you want to Work with us then?
Anyway the topic has gone really long, he is an old member and I am a new member and many people are attacking me because they know him. the topic is being taken to irrelevant places. to summarize the topic from my point of view, this guy sold me a server for brute force, which is nobody's business, what I do is my business, it was a mutual 2-sided agreement, good or bad. When I wanted to leave the company, the money I sent in advance was not refunded. he lied that I made ransomware because he had nothing else to justify himself. he couldn't come here and say yes I scammed him, so he had to make something up. even if he had done something like that, it doesn't mean he could scam me, he would have refunded my money. he would have given my information to the police, he gave my information to the police and didn't refund my money. isn't there something really strange about that
for 2 years the hotmail account is open, can't these law enforcement agencies get information from hotmail? or hotmail didn't close the account, we are in the age of technology, we see people committing major crimes, especially ransomware, they are caught one by one, why am I still out there. are the cops so weak that they can't catch me for 2 years?
I can say that there is no evidence other than harassment. at most there were emails that he promised not to take seriously as seen in one of my messages above. i am not saying anything like believe me or believe him here, anyone with a brain has already understood the issue. don't say funny things like you did brute force and you are guilty, i didn't do anything secret from anyone.
Speak about honesty: https://dishonest.wiki/doku.php?id=bahri_kilicaslan
He said he had already changed my email address, what sane hosting company in their right mind would try to change the details of an account that a policeman asked for information and change the evidence?
Reading must be difficult for you
You and your friend are sinking. Then you obscured the evidence by changing the information of a criminal account. Is that true? I understand that it is as difficult for me to read as it is for you.
Are you drunk and stupid or just stupid?
wow you are a very big man. how can you make such beautiful sentences how old are you 8 or 9? You proved you're a brat. You're a waste of time.
@HostSlick: my offer was and is still open, but at this point only as an option to be reviewed and possibly closed in the future. You'll have to drain a lot of sewage before that happens, a lot of crap is coming out of the pipe and to me it looks like you took advantage of OP for real, regardless of what OP used his servers for. I don't personally care but you'll have to put an amount of good intentions to restore that reputation or at least try to.
lmao
do a little more washing and lubrication, maybe he will give you a free hosting
I use multiple providers in different countries for hardware lease and if you did a little research, HOSTCAY isn’t the only hosting company I am running but 3 hosting companies/brands
Just keep washing and lubricating. It's obvious why you're attacking me. Maybe you'll get something for free or a discount. Go on.
First of all, if you go back and read through the replies, you'll see that I never attacked you. Instead, I posted a picture of who you were on HF and confirmed that you were also looking for servers elsewhere. I’m trying to run a business, not engage in a game of "catch the ball" with how I manage my business and who I vouch for. Please refrain from mentioning me again as I’ve no time for it.
I mean, you come to that forum and give such a ridiculous score when I have had no dealings with you, and then you say you didn't attack.
yes, you are obviously very busy, you are looking for an opportunity to suck up to the people you buy hardware from, keep going
I can leave a feedback score based on my how I feel. You didn’t come across as very likable, so I gave you a neutral score. This is not a reflection on a personal interaction, as I would have left a marketplace score if that were the case. Please note that I chose not to give you a -5, which I could have and if you believe leaving a feedback score on a forum as that is “attacking you” then tough.
Zambia phone number + address in Turkey.
@bahrikilicaslan, you should use https://mzunguhosting.ml/ instead.
I'm convinced that it's fishy, if the telecomm police seized the disks there was a reason, they wouldn't walk into someone's premise for a small fry torrenting a TV series, not in the Netherlands. Why ask for a "bulletproof" server otherwise. But if this guy ran a botnet or malware, the other isn't automatically a saint either, it's $2000 that are missing no? That money doesn't belong to @HostSlick, he just saw an opportunity to grab it since @bahrikilicaslan couldn't use the law in his defense. Seizing money for services that are not delivered is explicitly against his ToS:
Seizing the account balance could also fall under the "indemnification" clause, but $2000 whole fucking dollars? It's not like he was summoned to court to testify and lost a month of sleep, in fact he said he couldn't care the least. $100 or $200 could have been a reasonable amount for indemnification, but $2000 was an opportunity he took advantage of.
You are right, @bahrikilicaslan should sue HostSlick.
@HostSlick, did you spend the money wisely, or did you have 20 hours of fun in the Red Light District?
Starting to?!
Both idiots and both criminals.
@HostSlick
Now I do not know the exact situation whether you actually ordered the hardware or not.
Whatever expenses you incurred in setting up the advance order for him, you can simply deduct the amount (for your time invested) and just return the money. I mean, I am not saying whatever @bahrikilicaslan is doing is correct/right but who are we to judge? there is law enforcement and courts to punish.
You say that LE came for it and you gave all the details. Let them handle it. There is no point in stretching this out and making an enemy on the internet and that to someone who is involved in shady stuff. Just deduct some amount for all the headache and return his funds and close this matter.
This is what I would do. Feel free to ignore it as its just my 2 cents.
Returning the money would be funding a criminal operation
Mmm nice drama.
Can we have a $7 VPS flash sale to celebrate this?
Not exactly. One can argue over this.
Infact, knowingly keeping money from an alleged criminal definitely brings some attention to you. Perhaps you can be tied up as a service provider in the whole operation. I'm no lawyer, can be wrong.
EDIT:
On a second, yeah maybe but does the host have concrete evidence that the person is a criminal? I mean the customer has to be convicted.
But to clear the conscience, can the host just donate the whole amount to LE. That way the host isn't benefitting from the alleged criminal's money.
There is no evidence, there is no crime, it is not a crime to use masscan to scan ports and this was told to him when the servers were taken, I shared screenshots if you check previous messages, he is resorting to such a lie just to make himself look honest and innocent. do you think a guilty person can live 2 years without going to jail in today's technology?
If there is a crime, yes. if my activities are criminal, he shouldn't have admitted it in the first place. if he admitted it, isn't he my partner in this deal somewhere? he is making up these lies because I asked for a refund. lp didn't go and ask any law enforcement to image the servers. he wouldn't come here and say he scammed me.
If he was so honest, he should have handed my money over to the cops along with the server footage, but that's a big fat lie.
This is starting to look bad.
Good for HostSlick that they paid the LET provider protection fee.
