@SilverCreek To be honest, isn't a colocation deal without a public PeeringDB-, bgp.tools- or, at least, Looking Glass-link for the corresponding target audience quite useless?
Additionally, you might also want to add prices for additional power usage/rack units, IP subnets, BGP sessions, XC prices, ....

It's a single usable, we do support both IPv6 and IPv4++, but unfortunately we can't support IPv9.

BGP is free, and we already detailed that a /30 is included.
We don't offer XCs in Montreal on anything less than 5U of committed colocation space. In any event, the cost is a $500 setup fee issued by the data center plus $350 per month, subject to an annual increase of CPI or 3%, whichever is greater.
For Kansas City, the cost is a $150 one-time fee plus $25 per month. The minimum is 5U. If you pick up a full cabinet, we only charge a $150 one-time fee.
In Amsterdam, the cost is 175 EUR per month for XC plus a 300 EUR installation fee, subject to an annual increase of CPI or 3%, whichever is greater.
