Hostslick being shady

2 years ago I bought dedicated servers from a company called hostslick. after I was satisfied with the servers I bought, I told him that I wanted to buy more servers from him. he said that he would bring servers from the UK and asked me to pay for it in advance, and I trusted him and did it. a few months passed and somehow these servers were not delivered, I asked him for a refund and told him that I wanted to close my servers. he completely deleted my membership from the site, destroyed all the evidence and never returned my money.
I do not have access to tickets because my membership has been deleted, but some ticket conversations that came to my e-mail are as follows.

Why post after 2 years?
In fact, I had only commented about these scammers on trustpilot, but when I saw that they were still scamming people, I felt the need to open the subject. and I just learned about this site.

They are pretty active here and are not considered to be scam. However your review lacks details, is from several years ago and was posted by a new user. You should do better.

No one says it is forbidden. But your review cannot be taken seriously without additional details. Additional concern is age of this review - even if it were legitimate, as time passes things change. It just can be no more relevant.

This does suck if it was a scam... I personally have a 4 euro a year vps from hostslick(where they accidentally gave me v4 even tho it is supposed to be v6 only) and have always had fast responses even for only 4 euro a year v4 VPS...

some agreements are made between the buyer and the seller, and if the 2 parties have approved it, the rest is nobody's business.

now, if you have any brains at all, or if you own a hosting company, you don't get emails in response to tickets for logged in accounts. usually hosting scripts have this setting. only when you are offline do you get emails in response. i don't have screenshots of the tickets because i can't log in to a deleted account. if i knew they were scammers i wouldn't have paid anyway
for example, here is a mail that the servers from England are in the cargo. these servers were never delivered and paid for. it is up to you whether you believe it or not. but don't make such stupid accusations. hostsclik said in the two e-mails above that he would return it, let him come and prove it then. stop sucking up to people, you are being funny

The incident happened in 2022, I could not receive the servers I paid for for a few months. when I asked for a refund, he said he would close my account and make my refund, but he never did.
why did you wait two years to say anything?
I have been voicing this everywhere I have seen for 2 years, I have my trustpilot comment from 2 years ago, I have just opened the subject because I just learned about this site.

If this is true, it is recommended to cancel the HostSlick account to prevent others from being deceived.
Two years have passed, and they are still operating well with very few negative reviews, like this topic. If this story is true, it might just be an accident. Let's hear from both sides.
They recently had a very good hosting discount here. I'm just curious about one thing: they copied all the information from the previous provider, HostSlim, only changing the price. Even the names, Slim and Slick, are almost identical. It's a bit funny, but I believe they are serious here.
I have been with him since 2 years have not been scammed once have been loading considerable amount of credit and have quite a lot of services with him and he has always delivered what he has promised.
