Hudson Valley Host, a HostPapa, Inc. company
In June 2023, ColoCrossing was acquired by HostPapa

    So yes

Was both services appearing in the same control panel not a dead giveaway that it's the same (parent) company? You really needed to seek additional confirmation on LET forum rather than researching who owns it and/or asking support?

People shock me sometimes and not in the good way.

  • colocrossing, 123systems, chicagovps, hudsonvalleyhost, exactly the same brand.

Well the first thing I thought is one of them is a reseller from the other, now I know from LET that it's the parent company, so yes I think it is necessary to ask.
