One of my sites really blown up in popularity and my beefy VPS isn't enough so I need something beefier.
I need something like:
Germany/Netherlands location
16vCore AMD EPYC Genoa
OR
12vCore AMD EPYC Genoa High Frequency (model number ending with F)
OR
10vCore AMD Ryzen 7000
It should have dedicated vCores OR lax fair usage policy (50%+ average usage)
32GB of RAM
600GB of NVMe
Network quality >>> Transfer > Bandwidth
Something like 100TB bandwidth, 10Gbit would be amazing, but I can work out with 30-60TB if network quality is really amazing.
Lower budget ($50-$70) is for specs above, but if you have something better I can pay more.
Please suggest providers who are trustworthy and operating for years.
Provider need to be okay with consensual, legal nudity that is hidden behind login page.
I do not want to manage dedicated server for that site, I need VPS.
So far I've tested couple:
Avoro doesn't scale well with 10vCPU, but its likely an option I can come back to.
Advin scales very bad with 20vCPU
netcup doesn't want to host any nudity, even artistic hidden behind login page.

I thought about making EX44 in master-master configuration to not worry that much about outage of one of them, but I'll do in only if I wont get good enough VPS.
Aditionally I do not know how Hetzner responds to consensual nudity, I'll ask them.

I think you might only hit those expectations through a Hetzner bare metal server.
They’re usually pretty nice about replacement parts. If you ever suspect something is wrong, they’ll just swap your drives into a new server or test it for you. It’s rare and a little unlikely to have a hardware failure anyways.
VPS performance will always fluctuate and will never be absolutely guaranteed, even without overcommitting vCPU and not having CPU steal. Especially on EPYC due to the way that the boost speeds work.

My usage is just weird as I need to transcode uploaded videos ASAP so I have these 5minute load every 1 hour, but I want 3-4 minutes instead of 5. x264 doesnt scale that well above 4-6 threads (starts to degrade quality of video), but there may be occasions where 2 videos are transcoded at once so I need both great single core and good scaling. Very difficult on VPS.

Sadly Hetzner doesnt allow adult content even in private messages between users on hosted website, so EX44 master-master idea is out.
Why most german companies just straight up ban any nudity, same country that has legal brothels? Anyone has idea? Pretty much nobody outside of Germany does ban nudity on hosted site. Even Amazon/Microsoft/Google allow it.
I know why Chinese companies ban it, but German?! In France no one bans it, no matter if it's OVH or some small companies and Scaleway/Online.net even created "we host porn" stickers that they gave away at events lol
They have only EPYC Milan on their site and very small NVMe drives. Not suitable for me unless they have some custom deal
