This is a terrible name.
It's not funny. Words have meaning, and even as a joke, it implies what someone there thinks, and that's not a good thing. Basic branding 101.
Of course sense of humor is very much a personal thing, so if you guys think it's funny, go for it, it's your business. But IMO it is not professional, it is not appealing, it does not conjure up images of high-quality servers and high-quality services maintained by a high-quality professional hosting service.
I think it's a mistake, especially since you guys are now free from Epik and (re-)establishing your brand.
For me, it's a downer, since I was looking forward to trying out your services again now that you're not part of Epik.
Just my opinion of course, and I clearly don't share your sense of humor. But since I was once a satisfied customer in the past and was thinking of perhaps signing up again, I think I'll be waiting a bit longer to see what direction you go and if you guys show more maturity and professionalism. At this point, it's not something I would want to sign up for. Said with respect.

Like I mentioned, sense of humor is very much a personal thing. My post seems to come off more negative than I intended it, so please don't give it much thought. If you like "ShitBox Pro" or "E. Watson Pro" or whatever as a product name, it's all fine, and you can obviously name it whatever you want.
As for naming something with that sense of humor for LET/LES, you may be right, and it might be marketing genius. I don't think it's an inspiring or creative product name, but who knows? We've all seen some crazy things on LET that have taken off and been successful, and you might understand LET really well. I'm personally not planning on buying a product named ShitBox Pro, but maybe a bunch of other people here will love it! I sincerely hope you are successful.
It's just a point of view, no offense was intended, and actually, come to think of it, I apologize for spoiling your launch party, since you are trying to roll out a new product, and business is tough sometimes, and you've got to try different things.
