Gateway for crypto payments

vinhaisvinhais Member

Hey guys

For those who accept bitcoin and other cryptos here, which gateway do you use with an API to process payments automatically? Has anyone tried Plisio?

I've heard and used as a client Plisio, CoinPayments, enot, freekassa and Cryptomus (however wouldn't recommend this one, their support is completely garbage)

I opened an account with Plisio - by far it has the best support and API and doesn't ask for KYC (although that's fine, I won't use it for anything illegal - just my SaaS), however, I read some negative reviews about it . Bitpay does not accept Brazilian customers. Have you had any bad experiences with Plisio or CoinPayments?

I've tried both cryptomus and litepay.ch

It's just BTCPayServer. I forgot I had such a gaudy landing page for the hostname, though. :)

How is the fees compared to nowpayments?

Cryptomus is 2% by default, but you can get custom discounts based on your business type and size (we got it to 1%).

We're using them and we are really happy

Sorry for hijacking this thread, but I think is not so much deviance for a new thread.

What multicurrency provider you know that do FIAT payouts directly to bank account? For as I remember, Plisio does payouts to wallet only.

Coingate is a total fiasco to work with and bitpay closed our account last time without any explanation.

i imagine that receiving in plisio, transferring to the coinbase wallet and withdrawing there is a way

I'd prefer a less tax-evasion kinda way tbh...

Do they offer instant exchange to FIAT?

Cryptomus has the best support, but only if you contact them via Telegram. If your account is big enough, they assign you a personal staff member.

As a random user that got scammed by a Cryptomus merchant, their support is ass and useless.

    Yes

Its being converted into EUR/USD and paid out weekly to bank account.

I cant Take The hassle of taxes and everything which comes with it when the Crypto Rates going up and down all The time. It would be mess to Report everything correctly to Tax Office

I needed Something where i Charge X Euro to customer and have X Euro on wallet with them immediately and Not some crypto amounts where value Changes all time.

I wanted real Money. Not crypto in The end.

    Instantly.

You Charge The customer or create a invoice of example 15€
The Customer pays in Crypto (25 Crypto coins Accepted)
You get credited 15€ to your coinify Account.

Every wednesday they send it to your Bank account. No additional Fees for that.

    The amount comes 1:1.

And in all Those years i never had any payment delays.
Payout day and my Money is there.

Just like how it should be.

Otherwise i wouldnt Accept Crypto at all.

Sorry for the bad Grammar right now im on Phone

That's cool. Do they have any minimum invoice amount limitations? Let's say invoice is only 5 euros. Will they still accept and convert it?

With The new V2 API No.
The old API was 15€ or so.

But some coins still might Not Work with The V2 API under 20€. You might ask them directly

My customers do alot LTC, USDTTRC, BTC.
I think DOGE was one of Those where it didnt work under 20€. I dont Know. You might reach Out to Them.

That was my experience with Coingate as well. They were unfamiliar with our region and asked for documents that did not exist. Each time we provided actual documents, they suddenly needed a different set. After wasting time and money providing a variety of documents, including notarized ones, I just gave up. The last request had them ask us to work with global affairs in our country and the Lithuanian Embassy.

I could have incorporated a business in Lithuania without as much work and requirements as having a Coingate account required.
