I don't know about bitcoin as payment. It is still to risky for that in my honest opinion.
On LET, I guess most providers support BTC as a payment method. I think it would be more useful to ask who doesn't:)
There are many such merchants, IsHosting, JustVPS, Fxvm, HosterDaddy, CryptoHOST, ShockHosting, Initech, etc...They all support multiple cryptocurrencies.
Hetzner, DigitalOcean doesn't support crypto. Vultr supports crypto but atleast one payment have to be made with a non-crypto method first. On this forum FiberState, NetDynamics24, Cloudcone, Oplink, server.net and definitely there are others that doesn't accept crypto.
