It could have suspended due to other reason such as heavy cpu utilization
It could be. In the support ticket they only said "suspended due to extreme high resource usage". They didn't specify if it was bandwidth or CPU, or something else. Though I only used it as a VPN at the time so CPU usage shouldn't be that high.
